Nice hotel with excellent services, 4 stored due to the Wellness area being partially closed due to covid

Old, overpriced, rude staff, far from the city. Room was so worn down and cold. Even the smallest amenities like minibar, safe or air conditioning were missing. Breakfast was not the worst however there is limited variety and they serve the same thing every day. Strangers were sharing the same table at breakfast due to lack of space. Only paid parking on the premises.

There's no air conditioning, way too hot in the room especially for sleeping (even with both windows opened). Had to buy a mini fan. Apart from that the hotel/room is very clean and quiet. Nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to use public transport to a major shopping centre and to the city.

Good hotel on the outskirts of Munich Good service that even allows for very late check-in. Friendly service at reception. Bonus with a restaurant that serves meals until 10pm. Spacious rooms, some which are interconnecting. Clean and tidy. Comfortable queen size beds in the rooms. A scrumptious german breakfast was included in the room rate. Downsides include that the room I had was without air conditioning, and that the minibar was without contents. Still, all in all a good hotel with an obvious focus on delivering good service.

Great place to stay. 20 minutes away from the airport. Great restaurant, service can be improved. However the friendliness of the reception staff made it up. Great decoration and very quiet. Recommendations.

Very quiet and pleasant hotel. Great bed quality. Delicious kitchen. Friendly staff. Short distance to the Munich Exhibition Center. Ideal for business trips. There is nothing to criticize.
